Lavender Town Rumor

If you don't know, there was a rumor that in the first released cartridges of Pokemon Red and Green in Japan, the Lavender Town music made many kids commit suicide. I've been reading a lot about it (including creepypasta stories...Come Follow Me is freakin scary!) and apparently there was some kind of high pitch tone in the version 1.0 of Lavender Town music. To be honest, I actually CAN kinda hear the high pitch tone... So I have to ask, was it really the music? Was it just coincidence that all those kids that killed themselves just HAPPEN to own Red or Green and NONE of them got any further than Lavender Town? Kinda makes me scared of playing them...

Oh yeah I've seen that. It's pretty creepy. But I think the Silver Hack story is scarier.

I take it the demo stops at the part where you're in the little box surrounded by gravestones? XD

Uhh, what does it say when you are in the box with grave stones? Rest in Peace? That's pretty much all that happens. xDDDD

Nothing. I couldn go anywhere. just a big room, but you're closed in to only 4 squares to walk around, and there are gravestones on the floor on the outside of the boxed in part. XD Where did it end for you?
